Viren Makwana

Founder & Managing Partner

Viren Makwana is the Founder & Managing Partner of VRM Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, transaction execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory initiatives across private equity, structured finance, real estate, and growth investments.

With over 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, private markets, venture capital, and corporate finance, Viren has advised on private market transactions across equity, debt, and hybrid structures. Prior to founding VRM Capital Partners, he held investment and advisory roles at Motilal Oswal Alternate Investment Advisors and Pegasus India Evolving Opportunities Fund, working closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and business promoters on capital deployment and transaction structuring.

Viren holds an MBA from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, and is a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ritu Makwana

Co-Founder & Growth Partner

Ritu Makwana is the Co-Founder & Growth Partner at VRM Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s growth strategy, marketing, brand positioning, and strategic business development initiatives. She works closely with portfolio companies and clients to strengthen market presence, enhance brand visibility, and support sustainable business growth.

With over eight years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer engagement, Ritu has collaborated with more than 150 Indian and international brands across beauty, skincare, lifestyle, wellness, and consumer sectors. Prior to VRM Capital Partners, she held leadership roles in influencer and digital marketing, including at SUGAR Cosmetics, where she led product launches and brand campaigns.

Ritu is also the Founder of Chance2Glance, a digital content platform established in 2019. She holds an MBA in Marketing from MET Institute of Management, Mumbai, and has been recognized among the Top 40 South Asian Beauty Influencers.
